Senior product manager

This role is a mix of strategy, UX/UI design, entrepreneurship, and working with the design team to drive results. This is an opportunity for someone who is excited by building products that will serve millions of users across the globe. • Experience in product building
  You’ve built products and taken them to market. You understand the whole process of product development from proposal to handoff.
• Excellent product judgment
  You have an empathetic understanding of what makes a user experience good or bad, and a strong intuition for what people want.
• Strategic insights
  You have at least an understanding of the blockchain industry and will use your knowledge to build the best strategy for our clients.
• Design/tech background
  You can communicate effectively with designers or engineers about product details and technical options and the implicated tradeoffs. You can use figma, slack, notion at an advanced level.
• Communication skills
  You have a designer heart with a business brain and you can talk like that. You are sensitive to nuance across a wide range of audiences.

• Work closely with client's stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that provide maximum value for the user
• Definition of goals, problems, and insights from business
• Define the strategy and proper UX/UI solution with our team
• Define priorities, timelines, milestones, and sprints
• Guiding the whole process of product development
• Everyday communication with designers (to ensure quality and delivery)
• Solution handover talks w. Client
